35mm fort

This is actually one of two little lakeside forts on opposite sides of the main lake at Newstead Abbey (although not shot at the best angle to show the full scale of the thing, each one is about 20metres long, 7metres high). They were built by a nutter who lived at the abbey during some early century so he could have little battles on the lake between the two sides, purely for some light entertainment.............which I thought was quite amusing
